Sleeping outside with little sleep

Last night four supporters of "Pedalers for Projects," including me, set up camp for the fourth night in the Quad. It had rained the night prior and was pretty chilly at the time, but the word had already been put in--for one month the Pedaler Matt would be sleeping outside to promote awareness for human rights [specifically in the South]. He would be joined on these "nature nights" by any supporters who would be willing.
Thank you to Alec for the tent and to Tom for the assistance. By the time I got back outside, all was set up and it was sleepin' time... at least for a few of us. Little did I know at the hour of midnight, but I was about to be up until 5 am. The sleep was just not running my way last night.
This morning we awoke to the dropping, pattering sounds of snowflakes hitting the tent's material. It was a beautiful thing, as our friend Kenny from New Orleans would say.

So to honor the K-Man,

pitch a tent with us, pledge us to sleep outside, or simply just help spread the awareness of social justice for all!
