One more and then the byes

Tomorrow Jessie leaves... it's very surreal that summer is coming and just about to begin [in a couple days for me when I'll move out and head home]
So here is a love message to my dear lady Jessie Dearing ~ I'm missing you already.
!!!
I will miss very much having "bathroom breaks" with you and smiling at your ever-so-unique laughs and big smiles, calling you "valaylay" and just simply doing stuff around you that only you really understand
:).

Love you J.

Tomorrow: Spanish Final.

"The Year my Parents Went on Vacation"

I recommend this film so* much!

My friend and I saw it today at a theater in Edina.
It is a Brazilian film that of course is in the Portuguese language... there is also a little Yiddish, too!

But it speaks about Brazil's large past of political conflicts and continuing ethnic conflicts as well as relationships.

Tomorrow it is

First final starts tomorrow...

Bob, let this be a strong finish for me in "Liberating Letters"...!
Maybe that will be more up to me tomorrow morning when I will be forming my essays [2] and getting a delicious baked good at "Hard Times"

good study vibes~

Capitol Jay at The Varsity

Tonight my friends and I went to see our beloved buddy, Jason, at The Varsity in Dinky Town.
Jason [Jay] is in a band called Capitol Jay and I am pretty sure they have been together for almost five years...
Anyway, the show was extremely enjoyable. I was the first customer of the night to buy their CD "strangers in my house," and now I look forward to spreading its beautiful sounds to others.
So, as the band stated tonight-- If you can't buy the CD, you can download it for FREE online
!!!!

--Capitol Jay all
[PS, if you like the genre and sound of Modest Mouse, etc. you'll really get into Capitol Jay. One of the songs even had a guitar part that had a folk-sound to it:)) ]

It has Been a While

My History of US Foreign Relations class has been amazing.
This Friday we will say a bittersweet "adios" to Professor Kolnick, a man who has truly shaped my 2nd semester.
I would incredibly recommend this class for anyone interested in transforming their political, cultural, and social outlook on the world.

Since this is Professor Kolnick's last semester at Augsburg, I hope he returns... and maybe even he will come on a CGE trip!

New Augsburg movement: !!!BRING KOLNICK BACK!!!!
